Jahmali R. Forde
I am a Managing Director at Modage Design Studios Ltd. By background I am an Architectural Designer with a solid proficiency in Computer Generated Imagery (CGI) and Construction Management. I design, model, and produce construction drawings with my expertise in software tools such as Vectorworks, Autodesk Revit Architecture, SketchUp and 3Ds Max. Working in an industry that is fueled by creativity and also regulations, my primary philosophy is centered on the view that architecture is part of the identify of each community. It is a physical embodiment that carries the essence of the way of life of a people. ‘’As an Architect you design for the present, with an awareness for the past, for a future which is essentially unknown’’ - Norman Foster. As such, I use this as one of my guiding principle.
Daren V. Latchman
I am a Managing Director and Architect at Modage Design Studios Ltd. I am a Registered Architect within this burgeoning entity and a member of the Jamaican Institute of Architects (MJIA). I am dedicated to meeting the desires and needs of Clients and strive to find the best practices in the field of Architecture pushing the boundaries of Creativity, Innovation and Sustainability. By constantly seeking to develop leading edge designs and taking into consideration the climatic conditions, culture, and aesthetics we at Modage can transform the landscape of Jamaica and the Caribbean into a Beautiful Place to Live, Work and raise families.

To tell you that you would be a satisfied client would be a standard response. However Modage takes pride in owning the fact that we are not typical in approach or execution. As such, to determine if we are best fit for you, we are willing and open for one-on-one discussions at your earliest convenience.
Modage has both local and international clients. We embrace a project creation spectrum which allows for residential and commercial designs to be brought to fruition. Arrangements may be made to view our portfolios.
As per industry standard, cost is calculated based on a percentage of the construction cost. The level of detail and other matters which most clients may view as private in this forum will also be decisive factors re fees. It is important to note that billing related matters will be transparent at all times
After initial contact via our e-mail or telephone numbers as provide here, we will both agree on which form of communication is best. Discussions about the landscape/topography, size of the desired project and aesthetic inclinations will ensue. Once a serious assurance is made for a commencement date, written contracts are drafted. When these are agreed upon a fee structure is signed.
